Summer Nights
I organised, led creative direction, ran front of house and composting on Summer Nights, a two-part series of dinner popups run with my partner and cook Henry Anderson Brown in 2022. We collaborated with Sinae Park on illustration and design, Emma Newton on floral arrangements, produce came from Vic and Richard at Thatched House Farm, Farmshare and Goodery. Flowers were foraged or bought from Clinks Care Farm. Mia (who cooks brilliant Korean-style food at popups in Norwich) and Sophia were on front of house. I added leftover food to our household compost bins, and hope to grow new food in the compost they produce.
